The most important was the staff - amiable and wonderful people. The hotel had a decent location near Lux.

All in all, it was characterful base for traveling to Orlando. The rooms were recently renovated and clean with garden and dresser, for example, just what we needed. The entire staff was knowledgeable.

No complaints, the venue met all requests, would definitely recommend it.

Everything was fabulous as always. I loved my stay at this interesting hotel, lovely romantic rooms. A continental breakfast was absolutely superb, included fantastic dishes. And it also had splendid view. Absolutely brilliant staff, were ready to help with travel tips. Had complimentary soft drinks, gins and brandies in the English bar.

The accommodation was tranquil, pool was amazing, beds were very comfy. The snack bar in the hotel had lots of local gins, soft drinks and brandies throughout the day. Amazing location to universal orlando.
